Student Fees and Fines Information



Did you know you can pay for a student's fees online at myschoolfees.com
follow the registration instructions included on the web site, enter your student's ID number and you can take care of your fees without coming in to the accounting office. You can also read the user's manual for myschoolfees.com.

Fee Payment Options

August 11th through August 15th

Office Hours: 8am -2pm Closed from Noon to 1pm

NO PICTURE, LOCKER, TEXTBOOK OR PARKING FEES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL AFTER SCHOOL HAS STARTED.

  • Pictures will be taken August 22nd
  • Textbooks will be distributed per class the first week of school.
  • Lockers will be given out "per request" this year.
    • Once you have seen where all your classes will be come to the accounting office and choose your locker. Note: large lockers in D & E Hall will be reserved for students in cheer, dance, sports and band.
  • Parking will be VERY LIMITED this year.
    • Parking passes will be available after school starts depending on your GPA or HOV.

Fee Waivers:

If you qualify for fee waivers, please submit your completed forms along with a copy of your msot recent tax return or three most recent check stubs to Assistant Principal Joe Jensen during registration week, August 11th through August 15th.  Fee waiver forms can be printed from the Alpine School district web page at http://www.alpine.k12.ut.us/forms/feewaiver.html

If you do not qualify for fee waivers, and are not able to pay fees in full at this time, please contact Joe Jensen during registration week to make other arrangements.

There are three different methods for paying fees, in person, by mail or online.

DUE TO A SERIOUS LACK OF PARKING AT THE SCHOOL WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAYING FEES BY MAIL OR ONLINE.

PAYING FEES IN PERSON:

Pay by cash, Visa/Mastercard, check or money order (Payable to Orem High)

PAYING BY MAIL:

  • Visa/Mastercard
  • Check/Money Order payable to Orem High

Please include the following with your payment:

  • Copy of your Fee Statement with marked items you are paying.
  • If Credit Card payment please use this form for card information.
  • Emergency Health Form
  • Internet Permission Form
  • Payment for lunch accounts may be included but must be a separate check payable to Alpine School Lunch.

Mail payment and all forms to:

Receipt will be sent by return mail.

PAYING ONLINE:

  • Go to www.myschoolfees.com to pay school fees.
  • Click on "REGISTER" tab & select Alpine School District and Orem High School
  • Enter your student's school ID # and the PIN# which are both provided on your student's fee statement.  ONce your student is registered, you will be able to pay their fees.
  • Select "Registration Fees" and your student's specific class fees will be shown on the screen.
  • Optional fees such as art card, photo card, welding gloves, safety glasses or yearbooks will be found on the "Other Fees" tab.
  • There will be a $1.00 fee to use this service.
  • You will receive an immediate email receipt.
  • When you return to www.myschoolfees.com throughout the school year, use your email address and your password to return to the site.
